The notice, start to finish
If you are reading this with a letter in your hand, here is how it goes. Text us a photo of the letter and a photo of the problem, whether that is the roof, the siding, the driveway or the fence. Michel quotes it the same day. The work gets done before the date on the letter, and you get an after photo to forward to the board so the file closes.
Roofs on an HOA notice get a soft wash and a moss treatment, which is what the shingle makers recommend and what keeps the notice from coming back next year. Driveways, walks, siding and fences get the pressure and come back the color the board remembers.
