The turnover, start to finish
A turnover is one job to us, not four. The unit gets trashed out and the load hauled the same day. The walks, driveway, siding and patio get pressure washed. The yard gets cut, edged and cleared. Then you get a set of photos on your phone and the unit is ready to show. You do not have to drive over.
Lakewood requires every rental to be registered and inspected every five years, and that inspection is about the building. Tenants inspect the outside, from the sidewalk, before they ever call. A clean walk and a clean driveway rent the place. A green one does not.
